Nottingham CityCare has appointed Namdi Ngoka as its new Director of People, Communications and Inclusion. Namdi joined us today, Monday 9th September 2024.
Namdi is currently Associate Director – People Capability with East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust.
He has extensive experience, delivering innovative human resources practices at operational and strategic level and has driven through major transformational change and organisational development programmes.
Working at board and in senior level positions, he is experienced in resourcing and retention, inclusion, staff engagement, education and training, talent management, senior leadership development and operational partnering.
He is a qualified mentor, coach, mediator, psychological safety practitioner and a recent candidate on the Accelerated Director Development Scheme (East of England).
Before his current role, Namdi’s roles included working for South London and the Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust, Southwest London and St George’s Mental Health Trust, and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust.
