As a thank you to our colleagues Lou Bainbridge, our Chief Executive, and the CityCare Board are pleased to announce an extra day’s annual leave. This is in recognition of the hard work and selfless commitment to providing continued healthcare to our community over the past 18 months
Lou explained: “We know that the past year has been very demanding. Not only with work, but also missing out on time with friends and loved ones, or having less time to invest time in wellbeing. Time is valuable, so we hope our colleagues will benefit from an extra day with the people in their lives and doing the things that make them happy.”
This extra annual leave is part of our Restoration & Recovery plan, which we will be announcing in stages over the coming weeks. In this plan, we detail how we are working to give employees an improved experience of working at CityCare.
