Gareth Jones, CityCare’s Information Security Lead & Data Protection Officer, has been shortlisted for the Information Governance Professional of the Year award.
The National Health and Social Care Strategic Information Governance Network (SIGN) is an annual event to acknowledge the work of its peers.
We are delighted that Gareth is shortlisted.
Gareth said: “I am honoured to have been nominated and shortlisted. It was a surprise to receive the nomination, but I am so grateful for being recognised for what I do. Regardless of whether I win the award or not, the fact that I have been put forward means so much to me and has certainly boosted my confidence in what can be a very lonely world of IG! I’m delighted whatever the outcome so thank you to the person who took the time to nominate me, and to all of you for your continued trust, encouragement and support.”
The winner will be announced on 24th November.
