Nottingham CityCare, the largest provider of NHS community health services in Nottingham, is currently developing a new organisational strategy for 2025 and beyond.
It will set out our mission and long-term strategic aims, values and behaviours, shaping our plans and ambitions for the future.
We want to hear from patients, their families and carers, along with members of the communities we serve.
What do you want from your NHS community health services and how can we ensure they are easy to access, meet the needs of patients and families, and provide effective and efficient care?

Taking part in a short survey. It will only take 5 minutes to complete, and you can enter a prize draw for the chance to win a £100 high street voucher. The closing date is Sunday 1 December, 2024.
Drop in to see us at two special events, we will be at:
- Asda, Hyson Green, on Monday 18 November between 10am and 4pm
- Nottingham Central Library, alongside a Financial Resilience and Wellbeing Event for Over 50s, on Tuesday 26 November from 10.30am to 3pm.
