Do you want to help shape the future of Nottingham CityCare, the largest provider of NHS community health services in the city?
We are looking for people who want to be part of our patient experience network, or a volunteer, supporting our services across Nottingham.
We are holding a dedicated event to showcase our services at the Indian Community Centre Association, Hucknall Road, Nottingham, NG5 1QZ, on Tuesday 5 November, 2024, from 9.30am to 1pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend, and we would particularly like to see you if you are:
- An existing patient representative
- A representative from your local community or a community-based group
- Keen to find out more about our services and the opportunities there are to support them.
Nottingham CityCare Deputy Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professions and Quality Sue Barnitt said: “We are fully committed to improving patient experience, which means we need to hear from the people that use our services about the care and treatment they receive – ensuring they have a say in identifying their needs and planning how care should be delivered. Its also important that we hear from the diverse range of communities about what helps them to stay healthy and well and what we can do to support.”
Nottingham CityCare is dedicated to improving long-term health and wellbeing of people in the diverse and vibrant communities we serve, delivering a range of healthcare services tailored to the needs of local people, caring for people in their homes and in the community as well as providing public health services for the city.
