Jim Quinn, our Head of the Urgent Treatment Centre, was on BBC Radio Nottingham with Andy Whittaker to talk about a letter he sent to the children of his team to show his appreciation for their hard work during the pandemic. The slot also featured Lilly, whose dad works for the UTC, who expressed how much it meant to her to receive the letter.
