Nottingham CityCare’s Annual Quality Account for 2022-23 has now been published, demonstrating and celebrating the work of all our teams.
It acknowledges how many of our services are delivered in partnership with other members of the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care System because, in local health and care, no single organisation works in isolation.
Our review covers the priorities for 2022-23 around trauma informed practice, our patient safety specialist work programme and strengthening our clinical supervision model. Our priorities moving forwards into 2023-24 include patient engagement – diversity and health inequalities, patient safety – a Just culture and learning, and stop the pressure – skin tone.
Becky O’Brien, Director of Nursing, Allied Health Professionals and Quality, said: “Being accountable to ourselves and others through our Annual Quality Account is one of our key drivers of quality improvement. It focuses the work of teams across the organisation and we learn from each other’s efforts and successes.”
