Nominate in our Celebrating Success Annual Staff Awards

It is time to recognise the hard work, dedication, and exceptional care provided by our incredible colleagues. CityCare staff can nominate colleagues via the intranet link, and two categories are also open to patients, families, and the public.

Our Celebrating Success Awards recognise colleagues from all areas of our organisation, inspired by our core values and behaviours.

Our awards panel will be judging what you tell us against our values and behaviours so be sure to highlight specifically how they are demonstrating one or more of them in their daily working lives.

Nominations will close on Thursday 10 April 2025.

Categories Open to the Public:

1. Outstanding Contribution to Improving Patient Safety Award

This award recognises a team or individual who has made a significant impact on improving quality in their work area or for the organisation. Nominations should demonstrate a commitment to identifying and learning from risks to patient and staff safety, include examples of measures implemented, and show evidence of improvements and their impact.

1. Outstanding Contribution to Improving Patient Experience Award

This award celebrates a team or individual who has significantly enhanced the patient or service user experience. Nominations should showcase the positive impact on an individual patient or service user, in their work area, or for the organisation.
