Some community pharmacies in Nottingham are offering a pilot stop smoking service for:
- People trying to conceive
- Pregnant people
- People who have a child less than 12 months old
- Associate household members
William Wong, Pharmacist at Evergreen Pharmacy in Bulwell has already supported one mum to quit smoking: “I feel happy to see the struggling mum quit from smoking which in turns create a healthier living environment for their children and themselves in future.”
People can refer themselves for the service.
