Congratulations to Rehab Support Workers Wai Tse and Sara Norman from the Reablement Team on completing their Care Certificates!
The Care Certificate gives our patient and staff the confidence that health and care professionals have the same introductory skills, knowledge, and behaviours to provide compassionate, safe and high quality care and support in their own home.
It empowers staff completing it to have the confidence to speak up for themselves and their patients. Trainers can use the Care Certificate as the first building block in their career if they continue to complete further learning through functional skills, apprenticeships, and other short courses provided by CityCare.
Clinical Trainer Zoe Lees said the pair 'have done a fantastic job of working through all the course materials. They are brilliant Rehab Support Workers and it was a pleasure to celebrate their achievement with them by presenting them with their Care Certificate and Pin'
