Finding my purpose!
We all have something to give to this world in our unique ways, both in our professional and personal lives.
I have always been inspired to see people like me in leadership both from gender perspective as well as on ethnicity lines. I have always had a great sense of pride to see other people like me leading and to lead with a sense of service, because when we see someone who looks like us lead with purpose, it lifts us up to believe it is possible.
Nottingham CityCare’s Leadership Development Programme has been a truly enriching journey. The journey has been one of self-reflection, challenging norms, and alternative ways of thinking and of being. It has truly been a fantastic experience and I am glad to have had the opportunity to challenge myself and empowered to be a positive change agent. I have gained networking opportunities and growth that I had not imagined I would.
I am on a continuous journey to finding my purpose.
