We are a multidisciplinary service that consists of nurses, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech and language therapists and access to medics in a weekly MDT. We offer clinical assessment, symptom management and vocational rehabilitation depending on the individual needs of the patient with the aim of improving function, quality of life and employment.
Referral Pathway
• Patients registered with a Nottingham City GP
• Patients can be referred to the service if they display signs and symptoms of Post-Covid-19 syndrome (signs and symptoms that develop during or after an infection consistent with Covid-19 and which continue for more than 12 weeks and are not explained by an alternative diagnosis)
•GP referrals via F12 or email.
